Gamberi grigliati alla piastra

Mezzo chilo di Gamberi

Composto per marinatura: succo di limone, olio, sale, pepe nero, prezzemolo tritato.

Staccare la testa e aprire con la forbice il gambero a metà (non tagliare la coda)

Preriscaldare la piastra 5 min prima a temperatura media.

Mettere i gamberi sulla piastra, cucinare finché diventano bianchi e la consistenza solida, girarli e ripetre l’operazione, toglierli e marinarli.
